Amtrak train
Leave KC at 7:45p.m. on 13th
Arrive downtown Chicago at 3:20 p.m. same day
Leave Chicago at 3:15 p.m. on 16th
Arrive in KC at 10:15 p.m. same day
individuals are responsible for transportation to and from train station and parking

Travelodge in Downtown Chicago
4-5 people to a room
No meals provided. Adjacent Cafe and nearby coffee
What will it cost?
About $350/ person
includes: transportation to and from city, public transit in city, hotel accommodations, tickets to Museum of Contemporary Art and Art Institute of Chicago.
Extra costs include: meals and additional spending.

The remainder is due February 26th or ASAP to ensure reservations
Cancellation Policy
Notify Melanie Lowrance (x4903 or lowrance@ucmo.edu) ASAP.
If funds remain after initial reservation deposits are made, refund of deposit amount are possible.
Otherwise, refund of deposit will be subtracted the percentage of deposits made.
If cancelled after full amount is due, refund will will equal half the full amount due, unless the position is otherwise filled.
It the trip is cancelled due to uncontrollable circumstances, the Art Department will make every effort to refund the full amount paid, however, refunds are subject to reservation deposit returns.
